Each of our programs has different technology needs, and we're proud of the creative solutions that have been implemented to provide unique and tailored experiences in each area.

The department prioritizes the consistent availability and smooth functioning of York Tech's technology systems, minimizing downtime, and providing a reliable IT infrastructure. Despite managing thousands of devices, the I.T. team has a nearly flawless record that ensures our students can focus on learning without worrying about technological hiccups.

Security is an absolute necessity in today's world. Therefore, York Tech implements robust measures to protect sensitive information, ensure data privacy, and prevent unauthorized access.

York Tech's Information Technology Department is committed to providing reliable, secure, and innovative technology services that support the educational mission of the school and enable a seamless integration of technology into the learning environment. This department supports 26 high school technical programs, the Adult & Continuing Education Center, traditional academic departments, and nearly 1,700 students on a daily basis. The I.T. team consists of four full-time employees and anywhere from one to four co-op students.
