Sports Physicals

WellSpan has increased its prices for walk-in physicals from $15 to $40. However, $15 physicals will be offered temporarily on the following dates:

• Monday, Feb. 17, 5-7 p.m., WellSpan Orthopedics at Hanover

• Thursday, Feb. 20, 5-7 p.m., WellSpan Orthopedics

Student-athletes must sign up ahead of time; no walk-ins will be accepted. Appointment times are first come, first served and can be reserved using the following links:

• Register for Feb. 20

One athlete is permitted per spot, so, for example, two siblings would need to reserve two spots. Physicals obtained through WellSpan outside of this event will be at the $40 rate.

As a reminder, student-athletes who wish to participate in a sport during the 2024-25 school year must submit a sports physical on the proper PIAA form dated May 1 or later. The forms can be found in the Important Documents section of our website.

WellSpan ha aumentado sus precios para exámenes físicos sin cita previa de $15 a $40. Sin embargo, se ofrecerán exámenes físicos de $15 temporalmente en las siguientes fechas:

Se permite un atleta por lugar, por lo que, por ejemplo, dos hermanos tendrían que reservar dos lugares. Los exámenes físicos obtenidos a través de WellSpan fuera de este evento tendrán un costo de $40.

Como recordatorio, los estudiantes deportistas que deseen participar en un deporte durante el año escolar 2024-25 deben presentar un examen físico deportivo en el formulario PIAA correspondiente con fecha del 1 de mayo o posterior.
