2023 Homecoming Tickets & Info

UPDATE: Homecoming ticket sales are being extended until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4. No tickets may be purchased after Oct. 4.

Date & Time

This year’s homecoming dance will be held at York Tech from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14.

Attendance & Tickets

All York Tech students are invited to attend, but only juniors and seniors will be permitted to bring outside guests. Tickets will be sold from Sept. 13 through Oct 4. The sales link is posted below. Tickets will cost $20 per person.

After making an online purchase, no physical or digital ticket will be issued. However, students must retain their receipt and present that at the door as proof of purchase. The name of each student for whom a ticket is purchased will be recorded and used to verify attendance eligibility on the day of the dance.

Outside Guests

All non-York Tech dance guests must be pre-registered by submitting this form. The completed form should be turned into the high school office before a ticket is purchased for the individual. Visit Mr. May, Mrs. Leibensperger, or the high school office for a printed copy of the form.

Theme and Dress

This is a semi-formal event, and students should dress accordingly. The theme will be Cosmic Rewind, so attendees are encouraged to wear space retro and intergalactic colors and styles. Jeans and hats will not be permitted at this event.

Ballroom Closet

York Tech students in need of dance attire may visit the Ballroom Closet, located in The HUB, during intervention periods and before homerooms from Oct. 2-13. Gowns, suits, and men’s and women’s shoes will be available. All items are free of charge.

Dinner

Food trucks will be on campus during the dance. Students will have the option to pay for food from these vendors. Light refreshments will also be available at no charge.

El baile de bienvenida de este año se llevará a cabo en York Tech de 6 a 9 p.m. el sábado 14 de octubre.

Asistencia y entradas

Todos los estudiantes de York Tech están invitados a asistir, pero solo los estudiantes de tercer y cuarto año podrán traer invitados externos. Después de realizar una compra online no se emitirá ningún billete físico ni digital. Sin embargo, los estudiantes deben conservar su recibo y presentarlo en la puerta como prueba de compra. El nombre de cada estudiante para quien se compre un boleto se registrará y se utilizará para verificar la elegibilidad de asistencia el día del baile.

Invitados externos

Todos los invitados al baile que no sean de York Tech deben estar preinscritos enviando esta forma. El formulario completo debe entregarse en la oficina de la escuela secundaria antes de comprar un boleto para la persona. Visita al Sr. May, Sra. Leibensperger, o en la oficina de la escuela secundaria para obtener una copia impresa del formulario.

Tema y vestido

Este es un evento semiformal y los estudiantes deben vestirse en consecuencia. El tema será Cosmic Rewind, por lo que se anima a los asistentes a vestir colores y estilos espaciales retro e intergalácticos. No se permitirán jeans ni sombreros en este evento.

Armario de salón

Los estudiantes de York Tech que necesiten vestimenta de baile pueden visitar el Ballroom Closet, ubicado en The HUB, durante los períodos de intervención y antes de las aulas de 2-13 de octubre. Estarán disponibles batas, trajes y zapatos para hombres y mujeres. Todos los artículos son gratuitos.

Cena

Habrá camiones de comida en el campus durante el baile. Los estudiantes tendrán la opción de pagar la comida de estos vendedores. También habrá refrigerios ligeros disponibles sin costo alguno.
